Compact design of the electric powered Caliber 450V helicopter produces high-level 3D acrobatic flight performance and includes a new metal rotor head unit. The precision swash plate combines with the head unit to deliver smooth movement while push-pull linkages on all control inputs make the helicopter respond on command to reflect the will of the flier. Minute posture control is realized with the adoption of 120° swash mode EMS for the swash plate. In response to the demands of expert-level fliers, a compatible multi-function R/C system is required. Most metal parts in the new all-metal rotor head system are hard anodized in gold. Delivers both precision response to subtle control inputs and shows natural stability, especially in hovering.

  

1mm thick carbon box-structured main frame boasts high rigidity and strength. Gear shafts are all located within the one frame so power loss is reduced and adjustment made easier.

  

All three levers for aileron, elevator and pitch are laid out on the same axis for uniform stroke and easy setting.

The first EP400 class helicopter to feature push-pull tail linkage for greater linear control.

  

Long tail belt allows 325mm long main rotors to be used for greater variation in flight style. (*Main rotors are sold separately).
