Featuring a cyclic control system similar to large helicopters, the CALIBER 120 brings real helicopter flight control and performance to the micro sized helicopter class. The Type A is a reproduction of a famous military helicopter known as the “Flying Tank” and includes special components that produce both powerful flight and user-friendly stability. Equipped with real 4-channel control and a gyro sensor unit, you have full control of lateral and vertical movement as well as hovering capability to produce dynamic flight performance way beyond its size. With its crash-resistant lightweight structure you can enjoy flying your own sorties with confidence. This Helicopter Set includes a fully pre-assembled helicopter but is packaged without the transmitter and LiPo battery to achieve an attractive price. If you already own a Minium AD series model, this is the perfect choice for your second or even the third aircraft. Also, with the KT-20 transmitter featuring springless full stroke throttle stick, you can enjoy easier control than ever before. To experience the full range of helicopter flight control, the CALIBER 120 TYPE A is ready for lift off.

Introduces 4-channel and cyclic control to a helicopter of this size for full lateral and vertical maneuverability and hovering capability.

  

Optimized shape and weight of the newly developed stabilizer weights delivers both excellent stability and control.

  

Main rotor has 5-degree washout and a 1-degree coning angle to produce optimal hovering stability. Throttle control response is also calm and easy to manage.

High rigidity of the reinforced carbon mast minimizes the affect of gyro precession and delivers a strong sense of the neutral position. Able to handle aggressive flying styles.

  

Stabilizer : Rotor mixing lever ratio optimized at 2 : 1 (previously 1 : 1) to support calm and steady control. Also delivers improved maneuverability.

  

Raised tail rotor is close to the rotating plane of main rotor to hold the fuselage steady, just like the full-size version. Produces the same stability as contra-rotor helicopters.
  • Factory assembled helicopter set includes everything except transmitter and LiPo battery.
  • Advanced lightweight design includes special servos (x2), receiver, motor control amp and gyro.
  • Fitted with pre-painted lightweight scale body.
  • Features cored motor to generate extra main rotor torque. Coreless motor delivers optimal response from the tail.
  • Can be used with the transmitter for the MINIUM AD airplane or helicopter series. **Cannot be used with the transmitter for the 3-channel MINIUM airplane.
  • Features a swash plate mechanism for control around the roll and pitch axis, just like a large size helicopter.

  • Simply switch the 2.4GHz R/C system ON and up to 24 models can be flown at the same time without radio interference. Fitted with special one piece ESC and receiver.

A heli set doesn’t include transmitter and therefore makes a great 2nd of 3rd aircraft.
If you already own a MINIUM AD series transmitter, you can easily add other AD models to your lineup.
You can use the same transmitter for MINIUM AD airplanes and helicopters.
