Q. Can not connect (pairing) from the second try.

Is your smart phone listed in the function tested models ?
Is your application screen showing the "Select model" screen ?
Are you in an internet access environment ?
Is your Bluetooth device ON ?
Have your vehicle been already paired before ?

Depending on your portable device model ability, it may take some time to pair, so please wait another 60 seconds.
